Thank you for reaching out to us!

To disable the confirmation prompts, I would like to ask you to check the setting - Record partner's video and VoIP and untick it if possible.

The path is GearWheel ➜ Remote control ➜ Remote control defaults ➜ Record partner's video and VoIP (requires partner's confirmation).

Unfortunately, this option doesn't work.

Version: 15.73.5 - This option is disabled on both computers, but a window still pops up on the computer I'm connecting to that can't be hidden from the remote computer!
