We use TeamViewer for Remote Access and that's all.
So there was that update not long ago and now it appears I have a device Group named the same a regular Group. I don't know what the difference is or why there's two or there really isn't two and it's an illusion.
What I do know is that when I search for someone's name in the app, it appears twice. One I can edit the properties on and the other I can't. Either seems to connect to the computer. When a computers is rebuilt, we re-add it to Teamviewer and we delete the old device, but we still see a second one which I guess is in the Device Group.
What am I missing? Why would I want to manage two groups of the same devices?
