Why team viewer does not popup the window to enter my partner password anymore?

I am using teamviewer to remote control my remote Mac Book Pro from my current Mac. I have the partner ID and the password. I was able to connect by entering the partner ID then click on connect then it promote a popup window where I enter the password and it connected.

Today, I was trying to follow same steps, however, when I enter the partner ID and click connect, it does not allow me to enter the password.

Instead it try to connect and authenticate without password then it fails. Of course it will fail because it does not allow me to enter the password.

I tried to reinstall the team viewer, but the problem still exist.

Why team viewer does not popup the window to enter my partner password anymore? How could I fix the problem? Are there any way to access the remote mac?

Notes:

• I am using same teamviwer account on both devices.
• The remote device is on another city, so I cannot change any setting on it for now because I cannot connect to it.

The remote side is on another city, I cannot get access for it now. I tried restart teamviewer on my side, but nothing change.

I do not think it is because the password is changed, because it happened before (the password changed), but it was allowing me to enter the password then it shows a message that wrong password.

Now, it does the authentication automatically without asking me about a password, then the authentication fails. I want it to ask me about the password again.
