I have problem to get the "remoted" laptop picture on my laptop.

Hello,

I have a problem with my teamviewer connection, I can connect but I can not see the remoted laptop screen, have any one else had this problem? I have duplicate on Teamviewer but can get the picture up that is namned "Fritte".
