I have one desk top computer and one laptop both running Windows 11 and installed Teamviewer.
Recently the desktop stops responding when I open "file transfer" while connecting to a partner. It freezes my computer and take long time to close the program. At the begining it happened once in a while and transfer window would display after some time, but now it happens every time that I need to restart my computer.
If I use my laptop to connect to the same partner, it would not happen and open the tranfer windows straight away.
I have used the feedback function to attach log file for technical to view with no restponse. Can anybody has this problem and a solution?
