TeamViewer crashes on remote id selection

I have been using TeamViewer (Free) for several years on my iMac with no problems.

Suddenly, two weeks ago, every time I select the remote id it crashes with the report below (I couldn't print the entire report but hope the exceptions might be a clue).

My ISP isn't blocking me and I can connect using a VPN but it is very slow and I really don't want to take out a VPN subscription on that basis.

Does anyone recognise this problem and have a solution, please?

  • I'm having the same problem. Restarted in Safe mode, didn't work. Deleted the app and associated files, restarted, downloaded and reinstalled, still didn't work. Not sure what to do next.
