I support a friend of mine using TeamViewer. We both use Windows 11 and the same version of TeamViewer. When I try to connect remotely, it doesn't work, and it says the password is invalid - I have tried a few times - but when he comes over here, and his laptop is on my table, it connects perfectly. I can't figure out why this is happening!
