Hi, I have PC and Laptop, I want to access my PC using my laptop whenever I am not in home. I tried following the instructions here but I only got view mode only and not allowed to click inside the remote PC. I am really confuse as the email i used for both Teamviewer are the same which mean same account. I dont know if I need to use diff email in my laptop to access my pc bec I did try but I cannot see my PC name under remote control tab so I go back to my Teamviewer account with same email of my PC. Can somebody help me how to properly set this up?
