This problem started on 4/17/23. I've been using Teamviewer for at least 8 years without problems until now. I use Spectrum as my internet provider and I started with them for help. I have good internet service. Teamviewer is the only service that gives me problems. I replaced the router with no results. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Teamviewer several times. A couple of times the problem was corrected and was notified that some "bug" in the software that causes this problem had been removed but this did not really correct the problem. The trouble is not just on my laptop but also on my wife's desktop. I brought home a tablet from work and was able to connect ok. It does, however, have its own "hot spot". My phone also has a hot spot and was able to connect the phone to my laptop and the problem went away. Spectrum checked everything out and found no trouble on their system. I am stumped. Has anyone had this problem an resolved it? Help!!!!!
