My challenge is this. I have to monitor several Android and Iphone cell phones which are all in different networks but are in continuous operation. The users are not at home and I need to be able to switch to the devices without "permission". It worked with an android tablet. There was an app teamviewer host. But on the iPhone I didn't find a "host" app and no other option how to control that I can always access the devices without separate user intervention.
Is there actually a way to use the typical mobile phone functions such as wipe and swipe on the PC? I only have my mouse there. If necessary, I would then repair the mobile phone which I discover to be faulty on the PC using a tablet. It would be cumbersome but in an emergency.
