Hi,
I have a problem with sign in to customer portal. After sign in I see:
"Unfortunately, you have not activated your Customer Portal account. Click here to activate."
Next I enter the invoice number.
And then I see:
"SOMETHING WENT WRONG
Your contract is already activated and cannot be activated another time. You can go to service.teamviewer.com and log in to your customer portal. Otherwise, please reach out to our customer support team in case of any questions."
Over and over.
