Hi Support,
We reimage a lot of laptops deskstop which require the same hostname. As a result we have found that there are tons of duplicate host names in TEamViewer which is costing extra as part of renewal subscriptions as we're having to pay for these unused nodes. We're finding we have to manual delete them from TeamViewer. We have not scripted this process.
Do TeamViewer have steps on how to clean out duplications that are no longer required.
