I'm trying to help my brother by setting up remote access to his computer to deal with problems he has periodically. I had him create a teamviewer account on his computer, but when he did, he set it up using the microsoft account option. He couldn't log in with that, so he disassociated his teamviewer account from his microsoft account. It now appears that there is no way for him to log in to Teamviewer. And because his only email address is already in use, he can't set up a new account. Is there any way to scratch everything and start over? Or to fix this? Thanks for any suggestions.
