Hearing voice from a third party on remote call ? Is this possible?

Hello Community,

I am facing an issue with TeamViewer that I hope someone can help me with.

Situation:

My mother (A) is receiving a call from a third party (B), but as she does not understand English, I am attempting to remotely receive the call on her behalf (C). However, I am facing two issues:

1. When using TeamViewer remote control, I am unable to hear any sound from A's device.
2. When using TeamViewer Meeting to remotely hear the voice from A's speaker while on remote control of A, the sound automatically goes to mute when a call comes in.

I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
