Remote Control / Access an iPad not not just view

Can an iPad be remotely controlled within an organization and not just screen viewing.

If so, what is the process to do this this and to configure via MDM?

We have a support need within the company as we need to do remote configurations on the iPads and also remote troubleshooting.

It is only possible to view the screen of iOS devices due to an Apple restriction.
