I have the new free version of Teamviewer. I updated it last week, This week when I try to access my customers computer to fix something, it says that I need for them to upgrade their version. Is there a way to go back to the old version so that I can help them without asking them to upgrade their version so that I can access? They are not computer savy people. Any suggestions?
