I got the email with the invoice; I forwarded it to our purchasing office.
I understood I could start using the service immediately, for up to 14 days.
But I never got my "activate License" email. I pointed it out, but I got no answer.

Usually, the TeamViewer license activation email and the TeamViewer invoice send out on the same day. We suggest you check your email inbox for the emails from TeamViewer, the license activation email can be sent earlier or later than the invoice. The email titled Activate your TeamViewer license will include the activation link. You may also find more information about the activation instruction.
If in the worst case that no luck in finding the activation link, feel free to contact TeamViewer Support Team☎ for assistance in getting the activation to resend.
