With this new upgrade, at least 50% of our customer servers have "lost" their assignment to our account. We have a support queue that needs to be accessed by multiple Technical Support Personnel, but since this upgrade, over half are missing. Not for nothing, but there seems to have been a serious lack of testing of this new "upgrade". Plus, there was absolutely no warning to Admins on any preemptive steps that could have been taken to avoid issue. Overall...a MAJOR disappointment.
