New version ?


I was using the old version for years with ease.

Now, I can;t bring a basic window for password and contact.

In instruction can't find basic bor that?

I need instructions for basic.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

    Devices and contacts are indeed displayed differently in the new interface:

    • To access the devices and groups, please click the Devices tab (1).
    • The new contact list is also available in the top right corner of the application (3).


    On top of this, if you are using the latest version of the TeamViewer Remote, the TeamViewer ID and password can be found on the main interface of the full client and the Remote Support menu after signing in. 

    To get more insight into the new interface -TeamViewer Remote, we highly recommend going over the following articles:
