We have a new user and I have to provide her with some help to finish the computer set-up.
My colleague has a new computer with Windows 11 Pro OS, I can login normally but when I need to install something for example, Ctrl Alt Sup is greyed out and I cannot issue the command. I see an error saying that the other computer's OS is not supported.
What can I do, this is very important for us.
