A colleague dealt with the process for me to get a Remote Access license.
He sent me the license number, but I cannot activate it. He told me he did not have an activation link.
What should I do?

In order to get further assistance with your case, kindly contact our support team via chat and tell them your situation along with your license number.
Once you received the activation link of your license, you can start the activation process.
