.MSI download missing

Hi Guys

I do not have the .MSI button on on the management console.

    Hi @Regaogetswe_Mashile,

    I might have found the issue.

    The MSI package is only available for Corporate or Tensor customers.

    This is why you can't see the option in your Management Console.

    Please see as reference: Download the MSI package

    Surely not the answer you wanted to hear, but that would explain why you can't download the MSI package.

    Could you please check if your license is correctly displayed on the top right corner of the Management Console?

    It might be an issue with the license not being recognized.
