Account shown PaidLicense although have add to Corporate Account

I as last administrator have add the following account to my company but there is this error when the user want to use the mobile support feature which our account have purchase.


Please advice on the issue on why it does not show Corporate license while others on the same account have got that level when being include in the company account

    It could be that a different/legacy license is running on your account.

    I recommend contacting our customer support and letting them check your account.
