Difference between the licenses

I was looking over the licenses offered mainly between TeamViewer Remote Access and TeamViewer Business and I do not understand what the number of devices to connect from and to mean.

For a Business license, does this mean I can use any of my 3 devices to connect to any device that I have set-up TeamViewer on? Can these 3 devices ever be changed?
