Stuck at welcome screen Macbook pro M2 Max 13.4.1 (22F82)

The button and link are not clickable. The button is sometimes clickable once to turn to the second page, but not moving forward.
I have tried restarting the app, rebooted the system but with no luck.
Teamviewer version is Version: 15.42.9 (84239fa41e9)

it disappears automatically after maybe 10 minute (not sure, just my feeling)
lol, the UI hangs after the welcome screen disappeared. nothing is clickable
