Where in the is the option to remove computers when you you've reached your limit?

When I click on the "Replace existing device" button, it takes me here:

Solution:

1- Go to Edit Profile in the top right side

2- Select License TAB

3- You will see list of Active devices

4- Press Deactivate link under the Device that you want to Deactivate.
