I want to make a setting for 1 time 1 user can be access my pc at now 3 pc can be accessed i want to change with 3 pc to 1 pc only so no other person can access the pc while other one already connected

I have a software team that works remotely. Sometime my two admins connected to the same client by mistake, so I want to make a client setting so only 1 of my team members can connect to the client PC. If others try to connect to the client PC, they should see the error on the team member's PC. I hope you understand what I mean.

We would suggest you set up an allowlist to the PC that needs to be accessed by the one-time user.
With the allowlist, you'll be able to manage who can access the remote PC and, once the connection is done by this user, remove them from the list, preventing them from being allowed to access it again.
