We have licensed version on Remote and the Host on Android 12 but this device keeps disconnecting after 5 minutes by itself.
CPU RK3588 /4Gb/16gb/Gig LAN Android 12
Other devices with the same configuration but with CPU 3568 does not disconnects but Teamviewer Host or QS works after Reboot ONLY. If we try to open after few hours then the App will close after the Blue Screen.
Kindly advise at the earliest possible to fix this issue.
