My paid account couldn't login any support portal or community of Teamviewer, and it's showing that my account is a "Free plan". I have to create another account (this one) to post my here. Can anyone of Teamviewer support team contact me?
Is there anyone having the same issue? Pay for Teamviewer renewal but it's never shown up in your account and keep recurring payment without any official support channel?
