Am trying to remotely connect to Windows Server where the remote server has TeamViewer QuickSupport launched -- bottom status indicates green icon and "Ready to connect (secure connection)" -- and TeamViewer Remote client launched entering in ID/password from QuickSupport -- client bottom status also indicates green icon and "Ready to connect (secure connection)"
However, after clicking "Connect" button following error message eventually displays: "No connection to partner! Partner did not connect to router. Error Code: WaitforConnectFailed"
Also trying to remotely connect to that same server using the TeamViewer web app over both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers the web app bottom status also indicates green icon and "Ready to connect (secure connection)" but the connection seems to get hung in perpetual loop prompting "Connecting, hang tight." then "Strong connections take time, we are working on it!" then "Never forget, supporting others is like a boomerang, it comes back to you." then "Our computers are practicing their virtual handshake." then "Warming up pixels for realistic remote presentation." then "There's the other connections...and then there's this connection." then "Initialising expert knowledge protocol." then repeat.
Any ideas what is preventing connection and how to resolve issue?
