We are interested in using the Team Viewer for our Team. But we have some queries regarding Regulatory Compliance and Export Control. 

Question 1: Does your tool comply with GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA, NIS2, etc.? If yes, then please give us a clear statement with the compliance name. If not then also give us clarification on it. 

Question 2: Does your tool comply with other regulatory compliance besides GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA, and NIS2? If yes, then share those names with us.

Question 3: In which Team Viewer subscription, you are offering an export control, data residency feature?

Question 4: If you don't provide any export control facility based on the user's choice, in which location do you store the user's data?

Question 5: What is your customer data access policy? Do you have any NDA on it?

Question 6: How do you manage the PII (Personal Identifiable Information)?

Question 7: Could you please clarify how you manage Data Security?

 

Question 8: Do you follow any Lawful Basis for data processing? If so which kind of laws that you follow?

Question 9: Do you have Data Subject Rights in your privacy policy for the users in your system?

Question 10: Do you encrypt data in transit and at rest?

Question 11: Do you have a data breach notification in place?

Question 12: Do you have a data retention and data deletion policy?

Question 13: Do you conduct auditing and follow any specific compliance?

Question 14: How do you follow data usage transparency in your privacy policies?

Question 15: Do you take user consent on the usage of user data (Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policies)?

Question 16: Do you have a prohibited parties list or denied parties list management?(PPL&DPL)

Question 17: Do you perform Penetration Testing in your system?

Question 18: Do you have a cyber attack mitigation strategy?

Question 19: Do you have your own system monitoring in place?

Question 20: While using the TeamViewer, can we have our user action logs from your systems? If YES, then specify from which TeamViewer subscription?
