TeamViewer API Reports/Connections Endpoint Suddenly Missing Information

Hi TeamViewer,

As per the previous two threads on this issue, can you please urgently advise why the Reports/Connections API endpoint suddenly does not return "devicename", "groupname", or "notes" for session data?

This has been confirmed by other users and is easy to reproduce.

This is affecting our basic reporting / billing automations, causing a real headache.

Would love to know if there's a fix in sight, or a different version/branch of the API

    Hi @evanly ,

Thanks for reaching out to our Community.

We did a few tests and we could not reproduce the issue on our side.

For a case like this, it's advised to contact our support team directly via ticket or local phone number.

We thank you for your understanding.

Please let me know if we can help you any further.

    Best, Carol

For the record and thread, I have now finally got around to submitted a ticket.

It appears to me that any device that has been 'migrated' to the 'new' managed devices (???) or whatever it is, or called, does not show their devicename or groupname.

I will advise the outcome of the ticket.

Literally everything about Teamviewer has been absolutely broken since this migration. Teamviewer is absolute **bleep** now. I contacted support a while back about the API and the response was basically git rekt. They said they couldn't support API calls because of security. **bleep**. The real reason is the product **bleep** and is broken and support is worthless.
