How to activate old version Teamviewer license.

Hi, I have an old version of teamviewer license (teamviewer 9)

recently, my old harddrive crashed, and I need to activate my license key in a new drive.

The process of activation was succeed as shown below.

But, I still cannot use my Teamviewer, because in About form, it said "License Unknown Type, update recommended", so I tried to update for newer version. But it failed with error an "error occurred..." warning.

any suggestion where did I get wrong?

hi my problem solved, it seem like because version 9 is not supported anymore :D , after I install version 10, activated the license and update it to 15.
