Can't connect to my desktop PC from my android "Can't Connect, No Route"

So i've just downloaded Teamviewer on both my mobile and desktop both from their respective ways (Play store for my mobile and Teamviewers own site for desktop)
I've setup the respective devices specifically my desktop that i want to remote control from my phone. Yet when i try to connect to my desktop from my phone i get a No Route error
I've tried disabling the firewall on my desktop completely still no luck, also have disabled IPv6. Also tried both 4g and Wifi
I can see a lot of questions around the same thing, is this a problem with TV right now?
