I am a corporate licences Teamviewer user and until yesterday was happily connecting to endpoints both within our corporate location and to mobile/home users.
Yesterday we had a router upgrade and was informed that the config from old to new was carried out.
I can connect to home users no problem from outside our corporate firewall BUT endpoints inside now show as active, allow connection - but only show a white screen. If i do manage to see the enduser screen then i have no remote control capabiilty.
Taking the corporate firewall out of the equation (tethered endpoint to phone wifi hotspot) - i can instantly connect and remote control.
Consequently my suspicions lead to the Corporate Firewall (Meraki) blocking some traffic.
My ISP has suggested getting the required UDP/TCP port info and any other quirks of Meraki/Teamviewer.
Other than UDP 5938 (as preference) - has anyone experienced the issue and been able to resolve. I do not believe it is a version issue (as ruled out by accessing outside of the firewall without issue).
I have a call in with Teamviewer but the community may be some clue.
Thanks for Viewing!
