Allow remote connection with QuickSupport

So, I'm a developer and I'm trying to implement a teamviewer remote connection with my clients. I tried to follow the documentation but I'm having problems with that. I believe that I should use QuickSupport product for that. I already created a Custom QuickSuppor, but once my client downloaded file using the generated link in the QuickSupport link I would not like download the file again. There is a way to force client to open the same app that is already downloaded on his machine. Other thing is the MacOs and Linux versions of download. I was not able to install both. I don't know if you are aware of that.

I think we may have the exact thing you are looking for! TeamViewer provides the ability to leave a shortcut button on a device you are supported via the QuickSupport module - this is called the SOS button:

The blog post above gives some more context on the button, but essentially once the initial connection is made this shortcut will appear on the desktop. Instead of asking them to go to the link again, simply ask them to click the icon.

In cases where you are not already speaking to the customer, this feature can also be used by the customer to request support via a new open service request.

Regarding the macOS and Linux versions, could you please elaborate more on the issue encountered? Did you experience an issue obtaining the download files, or did you encounter a specific error in the installation process?
