Personal License
I purchased a 1 year personal license on April 29, 2023
Customer account [removed per Community Guidelines]. When I log in it says I am using the free Teamviewer. I tried to register my license and it tells me I am already registered but it still acts like the free version.
How do I fix this?

May I ask you to check the Knowledge article - Activate and set up your Remote Access license for the license activation steps.
At the same time, could you also check if you have previously activated the license on a different account please? If you did, try to log in the licensed account on TeamViewer and see if it works this time
