The 'old' user interface was so clean and easy to navigate. TeamViewer, what have you done to the application?! The app that you would open, type in a number, and connect to another PC is gone. Now, when I start the app, I receive a message stating that I don't have an appropriate license for a couple of seconds, then it disappears. I have to click on "Join a session" and then on "session-id," etc. Everything reacts so slowly, and there are so many confusing options that I don't know what to do with them... I have to migrate my devices (why? what does that do?) on which I have installed the TeamViewer host. I have created groups in the devices section, which are now full of duplicates, with some devices in the 'old' groups and others in the new ones.
And the most frustrating part of it all is that the note I should receive after a connection (this is where I write down what I did during that session, so I know what I did a couple of days/weeks later when I make the invoice) hangs (blank screen) 3 out of 10 times. This forces me to go to the management web interface where I can edit the note for that specific connection. On reddit I see I'm not the only one with this problem...
