i have a paid account i payt approx [removed per Community Guidelines] per year for 3 people to use team viewer, lately teamviewer has been closing and today i got the please play fair message as teamviewer thinks im using the free version for comercial use...
thing is we've been using the team viewer product for several years and yes i see when i log in to the manegement consol that we do indeed have acorporate licence with 3 channels.

Hi yess i am signed in with the licenced account, this is the only way i can see the remote computers in my care and connect to them. i will invistigate a later version but i recallupgrading recently - i dont like the new format btw.

Firstly, can you check if you have signed in the licensed account in the TeamViewer client.
At the same time, if in the case you haven't activated the license on your TeamViewer account or you experience difficulties on license activation, kindly ask your license administrator to check out the Community article - Add users to your company and complete the license activation on your account.
In the rare case relates to the TeamViewer version, please check if you are running the latest compatible TeamViewer client version with the licensed account signed in.
