SAML single sign on Entity ID

Hi, we have recently merged into one Azure AD tenant but we have two separate TeamViewer licenses/accounts/subscriptions (whatever you call them).

We want to setup SAML single sign on using this guide "Single Sign-On for Microsoft Entra ID - TeamViewer Support" as we had done previously in our original Azure AD tenant (before merging). This however cannot be done as the tenant we joined already had this setup with the entity ID. We cannot create another enterprise application with the same entity ID. Can anyone explain how we get around this?

    Hi @cw132 ,

Welcome to our Community and thanks for your question!

At this moment, the behavior you described is expected. In order for it to work, you would need two different licenses, two separate Azure AD instances with different tokens, and two enterprise applications.

We also advise contacting our support team directly for faster support. You can contact them by phone or ticket.

Please let us know if we can help you any further.
