I bought the remote laptop device for the sole pupose of monitoring a smart meter electrical system remotely but it times out and shuts off after a while. I adjusted all the Windows settings so that it never goes to sleep or times out but it continues to do so. The Geek Squad techs at Best Buy (where I bought the device) think it is a Teamviewer issue, not a hardware or windows issue and cut me loose to chase Team viewer to help.
Can any one help with this?
