Problem with installing TeamViewer on WIndows 10

Hi guys,

My parents just bought a new laptop and I wanted to install TeamViewer on their laptop in case they ever need help!

After downloading the 64 bit version "TeamViewer Full Client", I have a problem launching the exe file, the error being "NSIS Error Error launching installer".

Can anyone help?
