HELP ME. Found Teamviewer on my PC, but I didn't install it.

Couple of days ago, got home and found team viewer was installed on my PC and uninstalled it.

Here is the Team Viewer Log. Can someone explain to me about the log because I'm not a computer savvy. Is it possible it can be installed on its own?
