You for one have allowed hackers to steal over $5,000 and you refuse to help me get the logs for legal reasons ! I will sue you for this! You want WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for this garbage! If I can't get these logs I will look into filing a lawsiut!

Also, we strongly recommend that affected victims contact their bank, a consumer protection organization, and a trustworthy IT support company. In most cases, the payments that have been made can be refunded by the bank, and any malicious software installed by the callers can be removed by the IT support company.
