New UI does not load at all on macOS Sonoma

Hi,

I recently upgraded my computer (2021 iMac 24") to macOS Sonoma. Today I tried to activate the new UI, and after the app restarted it showed a blank white window (screenshot below). Has anyone seen this before? And where can I get more information to help troubleshoot the problem? Please help!

Hi @ravasthi,

Many thanks for reporting this bug.

I checked with our R&D team and they haven't encountered this issue during the test phase.

Therefore, our assumption is that it is just a bug.

To troubleshoot this, could you please:

Close TeamViewer.
Delete TeamViewer by moving it to the Bin.
Make sure to check the box Also delete configuration files.
Click Uninstall.

Once TeamViewer is uninstalled, please download a fresh installation from our website at https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/macos/ and install TeamViewer again.
