I'm not able to access the Android Media Player Team viewer

We have 100+ location and TeamViewer installed at every location to get the access when we want but now we are not getting the access, So we need support on this because we have premium TeamViewer Account.

Let me know because we are stuck on this point.

May I ask the error message you have seen on the remote connection to the Android devices please. Is it possible that you are able to restart the TeamViewer application?
