When I log in to the desktop console, none of my computers show up. However they do in the web app. I have occasionally gotten a connection to work on the web app, but it still takes 5 to 10 minutes to connect.
When I use it at work, it connects instantly and runs flawlessly.
I attached pictures of both the desktop app and web app of the computers listed.
Just using free version. Fresh downloads.
Any help is appreciated.
