Team Users from different country

Hi, my main company is based in China and we are looking to avail either a premier or corporate license.

We have 2 questions:

1) If the users are from different countries, can we all be added on the main account in China and have shared access on the available concurrent connections without issues?

2) What will be the process in case a long while after purchasing, we realized that the default available number of concurrent connection is not enough for our group and needs to buy additional ones?
