Our users keep getting disconnected after a short moment away from desk although we've also set the inactive timer session to off (even tried to set it to 8 hours but they would stay get kicked off after like 20-30 minutes of inactivity). We have a license for 3 concurrent sessions and have made sure that only 2 people were logged on at a given time (they do not use multiple devices - only one same device). Have also verified that only 1 or 2 channels being used in Teamviewer's settings. Please advise.
