Dear TeamViewer customers and users,
We would like to announce that after October 24, 2023, TeamViewer will no longer support iOS 13 and iOS 14 operating systems for the TeamViewer Remote Control, TeamViewer QuickSupport, and TeamViewer Assist AR mobile apps. This also extends to both iPad OS 13 and iPad OS 14.
Apple has long announced the stopping of support for these operating systems, iOS 13 in September 2020 and iOS 14 in September 2021.
What does this mean if your iOS device is running on iOS 13 or iOS 14 as an operating system?
- Upgrade your device to a newer iOS version as soon as possible and continue using the latest mobile app versions of TeamViewer Remote Control, TeamViewer QuickSupport, and TeamViewer Assist AR with full features and functionalities.
- Older TeamViewer mobile app versions may still be used with iOS 13 or iOS 14, but they will not receive any new features deployed by us. Please be advised that iOS versions no longer supported or patched by Apple should be considered insecure, and use of such, as well as the older TeamViewer versions designed for them, is at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you only run current operating systems and update to the most recent version of TeamViewer mobile apps.

All the best,
